I was apprehensive about process at first, but it really worked! It feels great having the support, guidance, education, and the technology aspect to help you get where you want to be. Overall, great service and environment and most importantly, I got the results I wanted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with their DNA program. I was able to get recommendations for my stress, diet and on improving brain function as well as get a hair, skin and bone analysis. This in combination with my weekly sessions with my counselor Seyma really helped me change my habits and see the results I wanted! Highly recommend their service. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so grateful i found a program that focuses on mental, emotion, physical and spiritually. I have been an emotional eater throughout my childhood. The weight loss program was not your average diet. As i am a registered social service worker, i really recommend this program. It's about process healing through emotional support due our relationship with our body. First, i want to thank Ritu for introducing this program and the lead me to Jessica who happen to my Nutritionist and Life Coach. Jessica is unbelievably supportive , compassionate, really patience ( BIG THANK YOU) , professional and a person who you can trust to lend an ear to listen. I always look forward to see her every time because she keep me pushing and help to understand the concept around me. I really love Cognitive Therapy Behaviour technique along healthy lifestyle plan. Again, Based on RSSW, i highly recommend CBT for weigh loss program. Love love this program!!

I’ve tried many different plans with different doctors but none of them has been as effective as this one in getting me into shape and a healthier body. I started the plan with Ritu and continued with Jessica and they were both so helpful during my journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Pleasantly surprised the first time I went to Lip Doctor. Dr B is awesome! He is a kind and caring doctor who takes his time to answer all your questions and doesn’t rush you. Big shout out to all his staff, from Grace to Sangeeta to my girl Jessica. Jessica is absolutely wonderful! Her professionalism, understanding and caring is outstanding. I mean truly. Great customer service and very genuine. Even though my treatment has been completed with her, she still continues to help me, taking time out of her busy schedule for me-what a nice feeling. It’s like we automatically became friends. Thanks to you Jessica and all the other mentioned ladies for your outstanding customer service. It’s truly appreciated. I highly recommend this business. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really happy that I found this program in Mississauga. Ritu and the team at Weight Doctor are fantastic! They’re supportive, knowledgeable and very open to listen to your specific needs. I also travel a lot so needed a program that would be flexible! I felt that I did some things correctly for my health but others I struggled with and that’s when I reached out for help! You don’t have to buy any of their food like some other weight loss programs it’s all your own food which I love! I’ve lost the weight I wanted and the best part is I feel and look really great! I’m now on a maintenance program which allows me to check in and keep me accountable.
