Live Well was a free seminar series based on relevant topics to support and educate all in our common challenges. Professionals were invited in to speak on topics from mental health, nutrition, finances, to parenting. Great vision, execution, and community focused support. Thank you Ellis for helping myself and so many others through this initiative to Live Well.

The content that he packed into a short 25 minute presentation inspired deep and meaningful dialogue between staff and management - we wanted to learn more about how to identify triggers in the workplace and tactics to leverage anxiety in healthy ways. This is exactly what we needed to hear right in the midst of the pandemic and adjusting to a new way of working and connecting.
Ellis has an approachable style that is inviting and ideal for a professional audience. His experience and knowledge brought fresh insights and new research that we benefitted from. We will definitely be inviting him to speak in-person at future team workshop events and extend the participant list because everybody needs help in managing stress.
