He also provided lots of good advices and took pictures after finishing the job. He is professional, and price is very reasonal. highly recommend for any plumbing issues.

I called and spoke to Wei, I knew that it would be a little more expensive if he came out today, as it is a Sunday. Wei showed up and started to work on the faucet. He explained everything he did for future reference. We have a lot of hard water and he recommended getting a softener, which we have talked about for years. He did a fantastic job, he was very polite and professional and we are very happy with the service, we will definitely use him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My furnace experienced some problems during cold days about 2 weeks ago. I contacted Ways Plumbing and Heating and Mr. Li responded promptly. He identified the issue as the failure of the blower motor, and removed the motor in half an hour. He came back with a new motor a few hours later, installed the motor, tested the furnace, and provided useful tips regarding maintenance of the furnace. He also promised one-year warranty for his service. For the past two weeks, the furnace has been working very well, very smoothly and much quieter. The efficient and professional work done by Mr. Li is totally worth the cost.

When Wei heard I had no water he dropped everything and came right away. The fix was simple but the job to a lot of strength, patients, and innovation. He didn’t hesitate to put in all the effort it took to get my water back on!! Best service ever. 10 million stars!!
