L	Lea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great medical clinic. Dr Basson is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I never feel rushed out or not listened to, she's really awesome. The staff have always been great too. Very friendly, the call backs are very quick, no complaints about this place at all!

Took my son in for a possible broken finger (walk in) waited in the car for maximum 30 minutes which was what we were told the wait times were. Saw the Dr. He was awesome and professional. Sent us for an X-ray and the clinic called us a couple hours later with our results! Thanks for the great experience, thankful to have such a great clinic in our neighborhood!
B	Beau Nychka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Within 5 days of Dr Tomi giving me a prescription my rash had gotten exponentially worse and bloody. I called to book a follow up appointment. He couldn’t see me for two weeks as he was on vacation, but I booked anyway. I received a call a week later saying he would not be seeing me for a follow up appointment and I had to contact my family doctor. (The guy who recommended a dermatologist). I called back begging for an appointment and was told no. Completely unprofessional and unethical. I can’t believe a medical professional and supporting office could possibly work this way.
B	Brentertainment on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lucey is fantastic. She's easily the most compassionate and knowledgeable GP I have ever received care from. Wether it's an appointment for chronic health or mental health, she is always proficient and supportive. She takes the time to show how much she cares by treating the whole person rather than simply writing an Rx and kicking you out. The office is new and quite nice, the staff are all kind, the location is accessible.

You will have long wait times especially with appointments and good luck getting your prescription refilled especially by fax.
R	Roxanne Monera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Dr. Lucey and would follow her wherever she works but the receptionist and front staff is incredibly rude and insensitive to Patient’s concerns and issues. I had my reminder call 2 days prior to my appointment telling me a different time from what I had booked. Tried calling the clinic numerous times for the next 2 days before coming in and even on the day of my appointment to confirm my appointment time. No answer AT ALL THROUGHOUT THE THREE DAYS! Ended up taking time off work to make the time the receptionist had left on my voicemail just to be told that my time was my original time that I had booked. I had explained my frustrations letting them know I had to take time off work for newer time and was told to wait another hour for my original time? Would highly suggest getting new receptionists or for Dr. Lucky to practice elsewhere without insensitive staff
R	RM MR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their late appointment policy is $50 for a 15 minute appointment and $100 for a 30 minute appointment. Yet every time I have an appointment at this clinic I wait 45 mins to an hour. Today I waited an hour to get a script refill… should I be expecting $100 in the mail for my time? It's clear this clinic is more about profit than professional care. The staff run around frantically. Stresses are high, 1 ailment per visit policy, no results or prescription refills over the phone... it feels like patients are a burden to the staff at this clinic. The clinic is also filled with copious amounts of bulletins, rules and regulations taped all over the walls. Several of the notices were announcements from 2019/2020... it's 2022... it looks trashy and the clinic clearly lacks responsible leadership and management. When I asked about Telehealth options for their physicians I was told,by my now former doctor, "Telehealth is the death of family care. No we don’t offer Telehealth.” I firmly disagree. Capitalistic "healthcare", bolstered by horrendous service and lack of professionalism will be the death of "family care" and this clinic. Adapt or be overcome...this was my final visit to this poor excuse of a clinic. 1 star because Google Reviews doesn't allow 0 stars.
S	S S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to book an appointment, we were told to come between 11am to 2 pm as walk in. We took a day off from work for our kid for this visit, walked in to the clinic and guess what... we were given excuses for not taking us as walk in. So we lost our appointment for kid that was more important for us, front staff didn't bother to ask if it was something urgent or not to see the doctor and we were told straight away doctor is not available. We made a mistake to choose this clinic for our son. RECOMMENDING NOT TO GO HERE. Save yourself time and get a better place where there is some sort of compassion for patients than telling them right away there is no time for the doctor to see us.
