★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of junk, some stuff is ok but do your homework about the product. Staff is terrible, watched the guy in front office tell a customer that the Xmas lights he tried to return because they didn’t work was his problem????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! I tried to shop here with my husband and 2 toddlers. Was followed around the store by an older woman who critiqued every move my children made, including taking a hat off my childs head. We moved to the front of the store where my kids were asked to sit on the front chairs. They choose to look out the front door window when a man came out of the back and said "ok that's enough no need to put finger prints all over the window!"
I replied "excuse me, I can manage my own children" and was replied to with "doesnt look like it!"
For 2 and 3 years old- my children were behaving very well. Dont shop here... bunch of miserable old people work here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five or so years ago I bought a sofa, loveseat and chair set here for $1500. I wasn't sure if it was leather but the salesperson swore it was all top grain leather, extra thick on seating areas and armrests. So for $1500 I thought that was a great deal and bought it. I just threw it all out as it was cracking and the leather was peeling off. Turns out it was bonded leather garbage and I paid retail pricing for it. Lesson learned, know what you are buying if you shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visit often and recognize that this is a liquidation centre. That means the staff here are not always going to know the products in the same way as a regular store. We enjoy purchasing stuff here and we are aware of buyer responsibly in the sales process. BTW we really like the staff here and usually stop for a quick visit when we come in to shop.
