★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with my 4 yr old son yesterday who was completely behaved and there was an older woman cleaning the sliding tile tray displays and any time my son touched them she asked him not to and not in a polite manner. I asked if there was a problem she said she was concerned he would get hurt because she had fake nails rip off once when she pushed the trays. To which I responded isn't he lucky then he doesn't wear fake nails. I left the place went to Ceratec, where they not only have a little play table for kids but the lady I was dealing with was so kind to my son even before I picked and ordered my tile. A little kindness goes a long way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products in this store are beautiful with lots of selection. Unfortunately, we were not told of a “15% restocking fee” at the time of purchase. We had to return our expensive tiles due to them being slightly too small for our intended purpose. They charged us for the return and at first would not refund my husband due to the employees “being too busy doing inventory” in the back. He was asked to fill out forms for a refund at a later time (minus the restocking fee). My husband had to inform the front staff this was poor constumer service, at which point they finally called someone to do the return. In the end, it took around 25 minutes and cost us money to complete a return. I recommend to the store owners to post their return policies clearly and train staff to share these with costumers prior to a purchase.

The store has a pretty decent selection of tiles and options to browse and is presented in such a way which helps visualize the actual product. We came away feeling satisfied and glad that we stopped by!

My current orders had me dealing with several of the show room staff and they were all EXCELLENT. Very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and efficient!
