The best is the fact that is evolving year after year … new features as the payroll module. The support is great as well. All of this for free … unbelievable but true. Highly recommended! P	Patrick Foley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Wave Apps - the most important thing for me is having a great invoice experience for my customers - especially for recurring invoices. Wave NAILS this. It's way better than ANY version of QuickBooks (even the $70+/month level). The were clever enough to make money when my customers pay by credit card, and my customers pay 90% by credit card. Those credit card fees are the same as I'd pay anywhere else, so Wave itself is effectively free for me. The rest of the accounting functionality is simple and straightforward. I've invited my accountant for the first tax season ... still waiting to see if that goes smoothly, but he said it looks find so far. I strongly recommend Wave - been very happy with it!

My background is in computerized accounting, so when I encountered Wave for the first time, I found it to be quite robust, user-friendly and packed a bunch. The features are absolutely first rate. It's not features for features sake but it's features that you can actually incorporate into you procedures and processes, plus ability to accept payment for just 1% of the received amount is superb!! So do I like Wave... NO! I LOVE WAVE!!!!!

It's easy to use without needing a lot of training, all the basic reports are configured at the onset so we didn't have to go through trying to program our own reports, and it also has invoicing options which allows us to invoice our clients and get paid without any fuss. Fees are comparable to other companies, and the base price of Free for the use of the software is exactly what we needed. Thank you, Wave, for saving us precious time so we can focus on our consulting and not on the books.

I've previously used another very well known brand of software and its online version. For my purposes, Wave is simple to use, it's actually FREE without gimmicks, and provides me with very convenient automatic and secure uploads of my financial data, where I have provided permission. Profit and loss reports, details, summaries, income and expense flow charts and more assist me to easily prepare for tax filings. Plus, it's easy on the eyes. I'm really happy with Wave.

I was able to get my small business books setup and populated within a few hours. Setting up sales taxes for various locations was easy. Only issue is business mileage - read the Help Center article on business mileage to set this up correctly within Wave.The reports on Profit & Loss statement as well as account summary provided everything needed for annual taxes as well as current business standing. I would highly recommend this accounting software for a new as well as existing small business.

I have been using it for over 5 years now and every year they add more functionality. I do not use the Payroll Services so I cant speak to those but everything else is super easy to set up and understand. I recommend Wave to almost everyone I meet and many have switched over from more complicated and expensive systems and are very happy as well. If you are in the market for Financial Software I would highly recommend you look at what WAVE has to offer before making a final decision. It has the potential to save you a lot of money and time.
