A	A A Malik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to stay in Burlington. The staff is really helpful. It is a waterfront property with some amazing views. The rooms are nice and comfortable with all the amenities one requires. This neighborhood has some good restaurants within walking distance.

I’ll note that the hotel gets four stars because it needs some repairs/updating, but if you’re looking for a great location in Burlington, this can’t be beat.
V	Vince D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently spent the date night overnight at this hotel. We had never stayed there before and had a few recommendations that this was a pretty good hotel. For the price at just under $120 a night it isn't a bad deal. The front desk reception was nothing short of excellent. The person behind the desk was very friendly and welcoming. The parking was Apple and at a fair price at $5. Upon entering the lobby you can see that this was an older Hotel but perhaps got a facelift to be a little more modern and bright. Our room was situated on the 4th floor and facing East. I found it kind of odd that a hotel so close to the water didn't have the rooms facing the lake. And those rooms that were facing the lake were the ones at the end of the hallway. Upon entering our room it was clear that this hotel an older Hotel again doing the modern-day touch-ups like an upgraded washroom and fixtures. The tub itself was still a old style tub but I really didn't mind that too much. The bed was a king size bed and very comfortable. The TV was smaller than usual for a room these days but we weren't there to watch TV. In the morning we were treated to a grab-and-go breakfast which included drinks, prepackaged croissants, yogurt, fresh fruits like apples and oranges and of course coffee and tea. Overall the hotel was a pretty nice hotel and the service was excellent. The fact that it is situated close to the lake is the redeeming quality and right in the heart of downtown Burlington. I would stay there again given the value, the friendliness and the location.

This place needs a complete re-do, the rooms and hallways smell like smoke, the beds are terrible, the pool area could be A LOT cleaner, and everything needed a wipe down. Our first assigned room had gunk in the remote, fingerprints on the windowsill and cabinets, nail clippings in the tub, and hair on the toilet seat. Front desk gave us another room quite quickly but as mentioned before, the air stank of smoke masked by heavy air freshener. This is more of a last resort kind of place, not your first choice. Disappointed:(
S	Stephen Bradord on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing venue . My daughter was just married there we had a very very small wedding which was catered to like there were 100 people . I can't say enough about the food and the staff were incredible . Maddie was our primary hostess she was absolutely amazing we honestly wanted her to join us for drinks later that night . The manager was incredible. We didn't get his name but the service he provided made it clear why this is such a great place to go . Food is 5 star. Their chefs put together some culinary masterpieces. An absolute gem by the lake. If in Burlington and looking for a place for food or drink it is a must . If planning any celebration this is a perfect venue . Again can't say enough about how well Maddie and her team looked after us !!!!!

They are also very accommodating - let them know in advance what you need and they will try their best to make it work! The room is clean and tidy, just the shower drain is a little clogged. I wish they note somewhere on the site or the confirmation email that we should pay parking at the hotel instead of the meter in the parking lot. We didn't know and ended up paying $12 parking from 6pm to 6am, not knowing we just need to pay $7 at the hotel for all day parking till the next day at 2pm.

Breakfast was lovely. We were blessed with early check-in and late check-out so that helped with meetings we had to go to online. We are going back in August.
F	Faith S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently stayed here for 2 nights and overall enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly front desk staff. During our check in process, they upgraded our room to one with a better view for no additional charge. It was a very nice gesture! Upon enter in our room, it was very clean. However, I will note that there was a VERY strong floral scent in our room. It was so strong that we had to open our window and turn on the fan to make it less strong. This wasn’t a huge issue to us, but I could see this being more of a problem for someone that is more sensitive to scents. Not sure if it was the cleaning products used or a room spray? Also, the TV was very poor quality, which was disappointing considering the price of the rooms. However, the included breakfast was lovely and the staff working it were extremely friendly. Food was hot and delicious. Despite a couple things we would like to see differently next time, we would stay here again. Clean hotel, nice staff, affordable parking and amazing location.
