The Pearle Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection

This place is a disappointment, misleading and lots of misinformation. First, when you book a king suite with a lake view, apparently you don’t always get the “lake view”. Talked the manager and after a long conversation, she showed two rooms that was worse than what we already have. Also, I could of purchase the once she showed for a lesser price. Off to a bad start and it is just keep getting worse. Went to dinner at their restaurant, which took an hour to get the appetizers out and then another 45 minutes to get the mains. Came back to the room and find out it is not very well soundproofed. You can clearly hear all the conversations and noises through out the night from the neighboring rooms. It was restless. When you pay top dollar, certain standards are expected and Pearle Hotel and Spa clearly missed it. They have failed immensely to live up their so-called luxury experience, elegance, and relaxation. Not only that but also, I was told by the night manager the dinner will be covered by the hotel, but it did not happen. It was already exhausting, tense and taking to a different manger in the morning a $50 breakfast credit was given, and it was used towards the room cost. I would not recommend this place to anybody and would not wish to be treated this way to anybody.

Rooms are beautiful and clean. The concierge service is awesome. The staff is very accommodating. They allowed us to extend our checkout until 1PM. They are child friendly. The food is fantastic and the wedding venue is second to none. Staff in the restaurant and banquet hall are very kind and accommodating.

The Pearle Hotel & Spa is amazing - we were married there in December of 2021 and they went above and beyond to make our wedding and stay at the hotel special. I would highly recommend it. The accommodations are luxurious, the food at Isabelle is delicious and the spa was such a relaxing experience. You can just tell that a lot of thought went into all the spaces and the staff they have is amazing!

I stayed for two nights (Friday through Sunday) over my wedding weekend. We were getting married at Spencer's, which is Pearle-affiliated. Our experience was incomparable at the hotel. The room I booked was spectacular, and Vicky and Shane at the front desk were so welcoming, helpful, and cheerful! It really made my wedding weekend that much better and more memorable. We hope to return in the future for the amazing views! The hotel spa is amazing, and the manicures and pedicures are a must-try. It has become mine and my mom's new favourite spa. The Bread Bar cafe on site is a really convenient, well-priced and delicious food option. The hotel is spectacular, the staff are delightful and pleasant, and the amenities are wonderful.

I honestly don't know where to begin!! We hosted our intimate celebration at The Pearle Hotel in December. Everything went well from start to finish. Our initial contact with Isabelle and her team set the tone for how positive things would be (she's amazing to work with, one of the best in the industry, not kidding...she responded to emails while she was feeling under the weather, on her off days etc.). Throughout the planning process, Isabelle and her team were patient, understanding and accommodating. It's clear that they take the quality of their clients' experience seriously. My mom and I stayed the night before the event date but our sleep was interrupted by other guests who were having a little too much fun at 3am+ ;). The front desk tried their best to assist us that night with our concerns. Regarding the actual event date, the team was just incredible. What was supposed to be a stressful day turned out to feel natural and manageable. Ingrid and Alice were absolutely exceptional, attentive to detail, helpful, and in constant communication with us throughout the day...the food at the event was fantastic, presentation was impeccable, wine was lovely as well. Todd and his colleagues at the front desk were very diligent, friendly and helpful. My mom and I also had dinner at the Isabelle restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff at the spa (my mom and I had the pleasure of enjoying their services) were also exceptional...we completed a survey after our event and months later (didn't expect to hear back from them), The Pearle Hotel reached out to follow up on the one minor issue we had earlier regarding the noise level, which shows how much they care about our experience. We will be back again and again in the future and will recommend this hotel to our friends & family...whether it be for a quick staycation, dinner, a private event, spa date..any occasion, 5+ stars from us :)! Absolutely incredible experience at the Pearle. From the moment we arrived everything was taken care of. The staff are extremely hospitable and go above and beyond with every question and request. The hotel itself is a piece of art, the rooms are very zen, with every detail thoroughly thought out. The food at Isabelle restaurant was fantastic, our server Sahara was the best server I’ve ever had. Her knowledge and wit made our dinner a dining experience and we’re still talking about her! The pool, spa, relaxation area all 10/10. Every detail is incredibly stunning. I’m so happy Burlington has such a beautiful hotel we can “staycation” at. It truly felt like we were on a luxury vacation in our own city. Thank you to all the staff, we will be back very often.

I had an incredible stay at this newer property. Every detail has been thought of and hand selected. From the incredible beds and under bed automated lighting, the complimentary locally made potato chips and carbonated water to the super sophisticated and calming beach house layout. The service was exceptional and personable from the front desk to the valet. The gym is well equipped and modern. Highly recommend enjoying this property with a gorgeous view.

As a premier Marriott points earner I was able to book a weekend at this hotel with my points. I was very impressed how I was treated upon check-in by the wonderful staff. My room was spotless. I never got the opportunity to try any of the restaurants but the Manhattans in the bar were fantastic. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that my deluxe room did not come with a refrigerator. Again wonderful staff right from the front desk to the valet parking attendance. See you soon
