A good place for a brief stay. Simple and only needed what is required. Nothing fancy: mirocwave, mini fridge and comfortable bed. Nothing much in the TV channel

Pathetic service, receptionist Tamara was exceptionally rude, we came from Ottawa which was. 6 hr journey and then we were allotted a room 237, the keys of which was not working, we had to go up and down to reception multiple times to unlock the room upon our arrival, top of that when the receptionist came to unlock the door we realized the room was unorganized and someone was already sleeping in that room, it was so frustrating and distressful, we were so tired of the journey and that the receptionist couldn’t even listen to us and kept saying its not her fault, and said i will call my manager, upon asking the manager details she denied. Literally pathetic, worst and extremely bad experience, i would never suggest to come here, also they breeched someone’s privacy.

I stayed there for 2 weeks, it's a wonderful place, the lighting could be better, other than that, it's great, spacious rooms, and it's within walking distance to Walmart and other stores. It a low budget apartment but you get enough value for your money, will definitely recommend it.

Good value for money. While the rooms aren't luxurious (this is a student dorm remember) the amount of space you get for the price is excellent. For $95 a night you get two bedrooms, a kitchenette with microwave and a washroom, pretty good value when Super 8s nearby are going for over $120 a night and offer half of what you get here. No in room phone, no cable TV but there is free Wi-Fi and a TV in each room so you can easily watch Netflix or something instead. My only complaints are: - The towels are downright garbage, brittle and thin, and one towel had mysterious stains - The carpet in the rooms was very dirty, come on guys it's not difficult to shampoo the carpet at least yearly.

Stayed here for a concert with friends, solid room, lighting could be a bit better in the bedrooms but it's solid, other than that, it's a college dorm. Big enough, can't really complain as a recent college grad. Served me well.

We were travelling from BC, so we were trying to cut costs, and stayed for 3 days. It is economical and the staff is friendly, but I have a few suggestions: It would help a great deal to have an information sheet. We spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to use the laundry. How to operate the machines is well posted, but nowhere was there information about having to buy a $5.00 card in order to then pay again to do a wash at $2.25 and to use the dryer at $2.00. One load ended up costing $10.00. We had to keep running back to reception to ask questions. Let people know there is a kitchen and provide a kettle for hot drinks. There are no blowdryers in the room, you have to ask for one. Give information about cafeteria locations. The rugs and floor need cleaning, and for general maintenance a coat of paint would clean up and brighten the rooms. We had 2 tv’s and only one worked. The remote was missing. The staff are very nice and helpful, but handing out this information to travellers could help them.

I was on a business trip and ended up working a lot from my apartment. The layout with 2 bedrooms was ideal to separate work from sleep, and the large windows with leafy view (I faced the street) were great; I appreciated that I could open the windows daily for fresh air. Wired internet in each room made it a great option for working online! I found the bed & pillows very comfortable; oddly each room's TV had different options but I think that may be based on the previous occupants. The window shades were effective at blocking out light in early morning. Reception was very helpful when I needed to borrow items like laundry & dish soap, and when I needed to extend my stay, although I found their knowledge and abilities variable per person (Vera was amazing). I also appreciated the small coffee shop in block G (less than 5 min walk) which offered several different filter coffee options - including cold brew - and allowed me to fill my own reusable mug for $2! A few kitchen utensils in the room and consistent/prompt hot water in the bathroom would up this review to 5 stars for business trips :-)
