E	E H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was sparkly clean and new- honestly looked as if we may have been the first one's staying in it! I think the place must be in the process of being updated; based on other recent reviews I think maybe some rooms are updated and some are not? Ours was perfect, a/c was strong, beds were comfy, check in/ out were easy 30 seconds, location was perfect. Would definitely recommend and would come back if I was in Sechelt again.

The restaurant attached, again super outdated . They did update the bar and restrooms which look great but the tables and chairs seem ancient. Service seems "over it".

e	elysia robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk check in woman was very nice and helpful. Had issues checking in, made reservations weeks before as I needed to make sure I could bring my pets. Reservation over the phone went smooth but went to go check in and they had moved me from the room I wanted/booked to a smaller room that didn't include pets. The desk clerk was very helpful at trying to get this fixed and organized quickly. Room look good at first glance staying overnight we found lots of issues. Bag of empty beer cans and bottles under the bed in the bedroom, used shampoo bottles left on the floor, the sliding glass door did not work. Half the outlets did not work. Ice machine was broken whole time we were there. Neither the bathroom or the bedroom door would latch closed. Even after politely informing the front desk of all these issues nothing was given for the inconvenience of all of this. Not sure if I'll be back next time I'm still kind of on the edge. If there was that many things not cleaned how much else was not fully properly cleaned.

K	Kytes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent service. Decent enough room. Some bathroom tiles were cracked and the beds were a bit uncomfortable and lumpy. Excellent central location though and close to the bus stop.

I had high hopes given the kind lady at check in, the prime location and the great smells coming from the restaurant but there is no chance I’ll ever be returning. The views are great from the wildly overpriced and out dated room with minimal upgrades since 1970 but being right on the ocean was the only worthwhile part and at that price may as well choose any other waterfront hotel. I was treated like some kind of criminal the morning of checkout. I asked for late checkout from one staff member and then was shocked and berated by another, banging at my door. Then proceeded to be so incredibly rude and aggressive towards me. Then five minutes later acted as if he had never seen me before in his life. Eating food with his hands and talking with food in his mouth at the front desk while I was trying to check out. Etiquette non existent. I would never recommend this place to anyone even at half the price.
