There is a huge showroom, and you can write you name down on a list and get help or call to make an appointment or go to the back in the Contractor Desk area (aka warehouse) if you know what you want and order and pick up.

There is literally an endless array of different products available in the marketplace so the ability that Laszlo , the showroom manager, had in helping us navigate through the selection process was much appreciated. Subsequent questions were responded to very quickly and their pricing was solid and competitive. I like supporting smaller businesses rather than the big box stores... this was easy to do with Waterflo. I would recommend them to others.
