★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed links removed from my watch. The guy working at the counter here was friendly and professional. Removed my link in (no joke) 5-10 seconds in front of my eyes, then removed another when it wasn't tight enough. $12 total, in and out in 2 minutes. Great service.

Took my two watches at Southcentre location for battery replacement on Jan 4th, 2020.
Two days later noticed one of my pushers/buttons doesn't work on one watch (Fossil, with integrated stopwatch).
I took it apart and saw the pin inside is bent from blunt force "technician" used to "assemble" the watch. The second surprise was that rubber gasket (o-ring) was completely missing. So the cap was just screwed back on without any water insulation at all (watch is 10 ATM water proof). I was lucky not to take shower wearing those. This was first time this watch got reared or opened at all.
The second watch (Osco) did not have battery clicked in to the tiny battery holder/clip. So it was not fully in place.
Paid $18 each and got my one watch broken/messed up in two(!) places for the money paid. Horrible experience, stay away.

I have since heard that they are closed for business,I hope that this is not true

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called ahead to ask if I could have a watch battery changed while I waited. When I arrived the gentleman was very pleasant and took the watch immediately and said to give him 5-10mins. I came back ten mins later and all done. Very impressed and happy with the work and customer service.
