★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just took over from another company for our parks waste and organic recycling. They said they would be there on Thursday but they never showed up! I called them and they said they had a little mix-up (their words) and they would be there Monday. I called around noon on Monday because they said, "no, don't worry. They will be there later today. They never showed up, AGAIN! I called around 4:00 pm and nobody will answer their phone! I'm sort of the spokesperson for this park and my credibility has just been destroyed because I believed you. You guys are not making a good first impression!!!!

I was pleased with the customer service I received from Tess, she was quick to respond and was able to answer all my questions related to drywall removal ect. The office was also very helpful when I called for pick ups or with questions. I would use Waste Connections again for our next project.

Through this time they have proven to be truly professional, always providing exceptional service. Big shout out to Chad Stuart, our Account Manager ... he goes above and beyond to ensure we are well looked after ... even during these most uncertain Covid times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Switched 2 of our small apartment building accounts over to Waste Connections in November/20 and will move another one to Waste Connection when our contract ends with a different service provider in March. It is so nice to have a dedicated customer support person on the other end of the phone. Tess at Waste Connections has been so helpful with the transition. We are very pleased with the service!

Their service is absolutely reliable, there's a great bunch of guys driving their vehicles and performing their jobs professionally. And our accounts contact at the office, Tess, is always there for us, addressing our concerns in a timely manner. This organization is expert at what they do.

Always courteous, polite and so easy to deal with, from the drivers to the office staff. I have had them for my waste removal for over 30 years and I have no complaints at all. Only praise for this hardworking group of people. If you are looking for a great company for your waste removal I believe it does not get better than waste Connections. Thank you all.

They dealt with this promptly and have been really helpful through the entire process and brought out a sturdier dumpster to keep the bear out. The bear ended up flipping our dumpster again but everything was contained. We appreciate it!
