October 15th, 2019 - I just wanted to praise this company again. Their customer service is truly AMAZING. My husband and I forgot to put out our garbage and compost out last week. We were having a very busy and stressful week. When I realized that we missed getting our containers out to the curb on time, I called and CCR conveniently put our address on the pick up schedule for the following week! Then, we noticed that our garbage and compost had been picked up after all! They came and grabbed our containers which were visible from the road (just further up our driveway). It was a HUGE help and I am very thankful that CCR went the extra mile to help make our lives easier. THANK YOU CCR. We appreciate your service and will definitely be long-term customers!

I would definitely recommend them if you're considering moving away from one of the big companies. We're sure glad we did.

Original Review
We used this company successfully for many years; but had a problem this year. I noticed our bill was very high and found CCR had increased our extra bags of recycling fee from $6 to $14 without letting us know.
I emailed them to see what was going on and they said our bags were extra full so they raised the rate. When I wrote back saying that it was excessive to more than double the rate for filling the bags they provide, they did not respond. We cancelled our service but still haven’t resolved this issue.
