A	A.J. W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They go the extra mile and always return any calls or emails. We forgot to take our garbage bin to the curb a couple times now, and they actually went and grabbed the bin, emptied it and then put the bin back. Now that is service!! Great job!

Eric is hard working and whas been known to go beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion, yet always has time for a quick hello! Thank you for the great service!
J	J J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the few dollars in savings. In the two years we used them, they forgot to pick up our garbage 4-5 times. They'd come back days later without letting us know. Each time I received no response to the multiple voicemails and emails I left. No answer at their emergency cell service. I eventually cancelled my services, STILL never heard back. Then I got a bill! Finally got a response to my emails after months of emails, and they cancelled their account. This family cannot run a business sadly.

Our garbage did not get picked up on Wednesday as per schedule, I called on Friday and reached and answering machine and left message, I called in the afternoon reached answering machine again, I called cell phone number that was on answering machine to call Dave. I called Dave and was told this happens and they wouldn't be picking up our garbage until Monday. This may be the last year I will using this company, poor service and excuse for missing our pickup which has only happened once before, and they came the next day......I have been happy with there service until now.
J	James Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and terrible communication If a truck breaks down (which apparently happens constantly), my expectation is that they would send out an email or call the affected customers to apologize and let them know an alternative pickup date. Instead what actually happens is that you need to call them, (which can take days to finally get through to someone) and let them know that they missed the pickup. (They seem to have no record keeping of what was missed.) Then you can request another date that's convenient for them, which will probably also be missed.
