I felt extremely judged and they pushed a lot when I didn’t want to give my pup certain medicines. when I say no that means no I shouldn’t have to explain myself, nor should I have to feel judge by there tone of voice they give me when I tell them why I don’t want to.

We have 3 dogs and one with some very significant special needs. Dr. Spring and the entire staff have kept him happy and healthy and doing better than we ever could have expected! We are so blessed and grateful that we are lucky enough to be clients (family) of the Wasaga Beach Veterinary Clinic!

They are good vets and nice people, but so are most vets. I just switched and I'm going to be saving over $400 year just on thyroid medication alone.

Nancy the receptionist needs to review how she talks to people over the phone and watch her tone cause it can come across as very rude. All I wanted was a replacement rabies tag because you guys never gave me an original one when we received the vaccination so I've never received a second one I don't appreciate being told I received something when I didn't… So I was never given a second tag and because I care about my dog and I wanna make sure he's has all the appropriate things on his collar… I'm givin an attitude because I wanted a second replacement not a third because I was never given a second one!. Absolutely disgusted with the tone that I was received with all because I care about my dog and I care about his collar being updated so people know that he's vaccinated if he gets lost, it shouldn't be an issue.

We had our little guy for 2 extra years with the care, medicine and advice we got from wasaga beach vet clinic. Dr Cam provided the best veterinarian care we have seen in our 25 years of owning dogs. We thank everyone for their kindness and care of our loved Jackson. Thank you

From their extremely welcoming and friendly staff to Dr. Lindsay, Dr. Spring and Dr. Kelly taking the extra measures to making sure that every interaction I have with their clinic makes me know my dogs are in the best of hands. Everyone in the clinic takes the time to explain any process, answer any questions and takes the extra moment to go over and above every chance they can. I’ve never felt less like a number or more like family member. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to receive the comfort and care I have been provided for years.

The clinic seemed to run efficiently in-spite of pandemic restrictions. All the staff were pleasant and professional. I was surprised that I had a follow up call the next day. The treatment was also very effective proving Dr Lindsay and the clinic’s competence.
