A simple order cant be done correctly and I have to waste time and money for them.to once again fix their mistake. They neeed new management. Totally fed up with their incompetence

s	sun lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mid May 2022 evening. A flush of drive-thru take the staff hustle and bustle for more than 15 min forgetting walk in customers. But there are just two waiting while one is not comfortable with the situation. Finally handled and shop quiet for quite while on.
S	Steven M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 3 ice coffees, they came with no sugar, no big deal. I went back to get them replaced, they were replaced with 2 with no sugar and 1 with 3 sugars. Not good, so I go inside this time to get the issue fixed and the manager argues with me about it, as if coming back to mcdonald's for a 3rd time on a Sunday morning is what I really wanted to do today. I eventually convince her that these are butchered by telling her to try them. She gets the kid to make another one, but I can literally hear her say "DON"T MESS WITH IT THIS TIME!" But the damage was done, the excess sugar had already been put in it. I tried all 3 right in front of everyone there and the manager asked, "Will that do?" as if normal, not messed up drinks are some impossible task. The truth is they wouldn't do, one was still full of sugar, undrinkable, and garbage. The old lady employee was yelling at me as I was leaving, I don't exactly know what she was saying, I'm not interested in arguing, I just want a normal ice coffee.
