★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your server Laura is one of the worst server I’ve ever seen! Being a GM at Kelseys I have personally dealt with a lot of servers but this is one of the worst service I have ever seen! She comes with the worst attitude to the table and greets as if we are dinning for free. These kind of people is a disgrace for the whole hospitality department. If it was me I’d have fired her on the spot because I won’t take such kind of disgraceful treatment from any of my servers!

On the Easter weekend we went for dinner and brought our baby. The waitress (no mask) thought it would be a GREAT idea to get in her face while talking and then grab her cheeks. We left immediately.
Tonight we tried again. We were sat with a different waitress then the last. This waitress had a nasty cough. She wore no mask and kept coughing into her hands and arm. Never once did I see her sanitize or go wash her hands. She handled food and menus in front of us. We left without ordering.
If your staff doesn't care about safety or being clean maybe get new staff. We won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four of us had dinner at Chucks Wasaga Beach tonight and the place was just rocking! So many happy people :). Our server was Brandon and he was fantastic!! We all enjoyed our meals and drinks and would definitely return. A very welcoming place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was ok. Seemed like reheated microwaved food slathered with sauce. Seemed pricey for the type of food. 1st Coffee was luke warm at best. Not a vegetable was served with the main course. I ordered the chicken and rib combo. Came with a small handful of fries. Was nothing special. The only thing that was fantastic was the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had chucks for the 1st time on Saturday we were really pleased with the food except for the ribs they were very fatty and a small portion for the price but that’s ok the wings and onion rings were excellent. We will definitely order from there again just not the ribs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grill was not evenly hot, asked for a medium rare porterhouse, the left was medium and the right was rare. Blunt knife. Cold place. Delayed Services. The server forgot to tell me that she is REPLACING the fries with salad. Who doesn't have mashed potatoes in a steak house. Burgers were dry, even McDonald has better ones. No orange pop.
The only good thing about the place was it was open.
