★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner and his staff are extremely rude. I've been in there twice since moving here and am shocked at the way I'm treated every time. They have no customer service skills and are downright mean. Foodland or any gas station convenience is a much better option than this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in with my dad to get 3 649 tickets with encore tonight and got yelled at by the lady cashier...opps, sorry I would not even call her a "lady." She was extremely rude for no reason at all and claims she couldn't hear us. When I tried to speak louder, she jumped in and told me not to interrupt her. I've never been yelled at this way and I will never return to this variety. I would not advise anyone to go and suffer this humiliation. Very disappointed that such a small community like Wasaga Beach has to put up with ignorant and rude people like her. I would like to select zero stars but Google reviews won't let me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady was very rude and was snotty. Made comments about using my debit card and made me feel like an idiot for using so and proceeded to charge me extra for using my debit. Highly do not recommend this business. She wasnt wearing her mask when I came in. I usually don’t leave bad reviews on a local business that is trying during Covid but the customer service was horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely would not recommend going this place this man deadass pushed my husband cause he was taking to long doing prolines and always trys to charge in double he is incredibly incredibly ignorant and very rude and disrespectful Absolutely disgusting behavior can't even believe the likely ness of some people Absolutely disgraceful to think someone can be so entitled and treat another person this way highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ABSOLUTELY ANYONE just sickening

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service! The guy is so arrogant towards his customers that come in, and hear it also from everyone I know that’s been there. I would honestly give lower rating if possible After multiple attempts to go there and get the absolute worst service!
Go 2 minutes down the road to west river convenience!! Way better service! And a lot more friendly people working there
