It's fine in a pinch. But even then the selection of clothes are few at best and 8/9 out of 10 times they don't have the food items on my list.

I am at home sick with Covid so this was my first and my last time ordering groceries online for pick up. I placed my order online and asked my son in-law to pick them up for me as I cannot go out. He dropped them on my doorstep and left. When I was putting them away I noticed some of my fresh produce was rotten and cans were dented. Plus I received doubles of orders I placed like two different pkgs of strawberries when I only ordered one. Anyways. I called Walmart in Wasaga Beach and told them she told me to bring them in for an exchange. I told her I was sick she said bring the food items in when I feel better and hung up the phone on me. I am extremely disappointed in not only the quality of the food but the customer service. I will not be doing my shopping there again.

Good store, decent staff but shelves are never stocked. It's the worst, during the summer months! Shelves are constantly bare! Shop in your own town, if you're coming for vacay! Less cashier's at tills now, but all the self checkouts are closed.

I purchased a vaccuum sealed in its box, and when I opened it at home I could tell that someone had used it since it was filthy. So I went back a few hours later to return it. I wanted to exchange it for the same one, but there was none left. I brought up a similar vaccuum to customer service and asked for a discount because I felt like I had suffered a loss in my time and gas. They said they can't discount the item because its not the same item and they don't do discounts because demanded one. I asked the CSM to check to see if there is one in the back. They said it wasn't their job and that they only manage the front end. They said it isn't Walmarts fault that they sold me a defective item. I insisted on seeing the assistant manager and was only then allowed a 10% discount. I left feeling like a criminal... a cheat. This event ruined my day, and after contemplation, I decided to take a break from Walmart, and will not be back to this location due to feelings of embarrassment. Please check your boxed items before you leave the store.

No product to purchase. Extremely messy and dirty. However the CSM with the purple spiked hair color is absolutely one of the best employees they've. I wish I new her name.

I will update this review if there is any action taken by the management to address the below issue. I understand that Walmart is switching to reusable bags. However, not having any bags at all to purchase is unacceptable! I had a bunch of times in my hands without a cart and needed to buy a reusable bag but Walmart ran out even of those bags. I was unable to buy a bag! It was not pleasant to get all the items to my vehicle in my hands, to say the least.

It would be nice if the modern self checkout machines took cash like the original ones did. I had to stand in line. Behind nine people each with ~100 items in their carts to be scanned, bagged and paid for. I was holding four items in my hand. But realized the big mistake. Only bringing cash. They have done away with the Express Checkout Lines for people who only buy a few things. Now if you only have cash. Be prepared to wait behind small crowds of individuals all doing a months worth of grocery shopping. Not the fault of the employees. Rather. It would be nice for the employees if those older aspects were returned to help expedite the Walmart experience.

I was shopping last week when I encountered a customer not wearing a mask despite signs outside & inside the store saying masks were mandatory which is the law. When I told staff they said they couldn't do anything which I question why & why she was even allowed in the store. As a regular customer I would like to feel safe especially since this variant is so contagious.
