The staff is onsite until. 7 p.m..Mon-Fri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a cottage at Wasaga and intended to ask about their 7 day free pass advertised on the website. I arrived at 10am since that is when staff would be available. A man opened the door and was so rude to me, tried telling me I was wrong for arriving at that time when the door clearly stated 10am, and told me to come back later when someone was available. Waited, and then was told no staff was coming in that day. I went to the YMCA/RecPlex 5min down the street and had a great workout! I would recommend YMCA/RecPlex :)
