John and Michele gave me focused training, with safety as an emphasis, that greatly surprised me and made me feel comfortable to give this a try... A few months in, my low back and core are stronger and I feel like my 20's are closer than they have been in a couple of decades. I am excited to see how the new year unfolds. P.S. The members are the best and really support and cheer each other regardless of your skill level. Proud to be apart of such an incredible community. Great location with access to everything!

I was intimidated at the thought of doing CrossFit, not believing I could ever do what I saw others doing, until I walked through the doors and had so much belief and encouragement poured into me from the Coaches and other gym members. I am inspired every day by other members as everyone is at a different level, but always achieving new goals! I've made some great friends here, and I love the positive community Michele and John have established at Mozomo. It's amazing having people who believe in you, and help you believe in yourself!

John and Michele are great people and are really patient and knowledgable with this instruction. The atmosphere is not intimidating and they have a great program to get your started if you are looking to get back into shape. Their facility is clean and well organized, and their trainers are enthusiastic and patient. The people that go there are really nice and you will feel welcome. Even if you cannot do movements, the coaches will have you do something else, so that you don't feel excluded. The phrase they use, "Feel better for life" really suits this place, when you come here, you want to keep on coming back, and the coaches are inspiring. I highly recommend you check it out.
