★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warren has great stuff. He has the things you need. It's near by don't have to go to Edmonton for the things you need. He can order you things you need. He does lay aways. An can send away instruments. Or even repair guitars for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warren is one of the most knowledgable musicians I know. His work is second to none and his prices are on par and even lower than the big box stores. You aren't saving any money by driving to the big city to get exactly the same item at Warrens, and chances are it is a lower price too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner told me he'd charge me $25 for string change (after I already bought $10 strings) which I thought was expensive to begin with. Back home my guitar tech does it for $10. So I thought $35 for strings is pretty steep but I'm still willing to pay. He told me 1 hour, It took 2 hours finally go back and he charged me a additional $10 cause he thought my guitar needed a cleaning, and it totally did but I clearly didn't ask for that, he could have easily done his job without cleaning it. So all in all a payed close to $50! For a 2 hour string change, that's crazy!!! Back home I get it for $20 on a bad day.
Awesome store full of really good quality products and helpful staff if you know what you're looking for and know music. But just saying the customer service kinda sucked if you don't know music, it feels like they profit off of people not knowing the prices anywhere else. So shop around before you go to Warrens. It might save you 4/5 off what you would pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always Impressed with him. Has never given me a bum steer. Solid advice and have purchased two guitars numeros numbers of strings. A Ukulele, Harmonica and holder. Always willing to show you a thing or two. All my buddies who play say that warren is great!! I would agree!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store. I got a nut replaced, staff was awesome, chatted with me about my passion, showcased guitars for me. Let me learn a thing or two. The owner was top notch as well. Friendly, accommodating, took care of my guitar for an amazing price, socialized and let me noodle away on some new gear and guitars.
