Great variety in instruments when you're looking to buy a new one and they have music accessories and resources on hand as well. Easily the best music store in Regina especially if you like down to earth employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience thus far. Spent $11,000+ on a Yamaha digital grand piano in January 2020 (Regina store). Had issues with dead keys right from the start. Left messages for piano sales to call me...two weeks went by waiting for them to return my calls but they never did. Had to track the sales person down myself. She was very evasive about what my options were. Now waiting for their third party service technician to call. Will never buy another instrument from St. John's.

The staff is always pleasant, they are knowledgeable and the store has always felt really laid back. If they don't have something they do their damnedest to get it for you, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Ackerman our sales rep on the piano side of the store was extremely knowledgable and really knows his stuff when it comes to pianos...he can really play too. Excellent service. Wide selection of pianos from uprights to baby grands to electronic.
