The owner knew that I needed it urgently and was able to give me a very quick turnaround time on the repair. He also gave me a two-year warranty on the wheels. High quality wheels and I know that they will last a while. Very professional and friendly owner.

They weren't exactly broken but needed some tuning up as they weren't as smooth as they used to be. the shop took 2 weeks to provide us with a quote for $100, then another 2 weeks until pick up. NOTHING changed! the wheels and handle felt the exact same as before. what a rip off!

The round zipper finally broke, and a replacement case of the same quality would have set me back $120 or more. Very fortunately, I somehow stumbled upon Wanderlust, and brought it in for an estimate. I'm happy to report that Ali managed to fix it beautifully - with a considerably better heavy-duty zipper - for a fraction of what it would have cost to replace. Seriously, if you have a quality item that you'd rather fix than replace (which is better for the planet anyway - Amazon doesn't need more business), do yourself a favour and check this place out. They do great work.

He first verified that it was no longer warrantied, which it was not. He then explained all my options for repair and the costs. As the bag was in great condition overall, I opted to have it fixed. He completed the work in just a half hour at a very reasonable price. If I'd needed to replace it, his shop offers a full line of various bags in stock. I couldn't be more impressed with the quality and professionalism and highly recommend his services!

He is extremely friendly, professional and provides very good service. Unfortunately he beat me in an arm wrestle :/ Try his expertise and challenge him too! His prices are very fair!
