★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, I will not ever go back to this store again, I paid almost 400 cad for a pair of glasses 2 years ago, both arms broke off within 2 years, I went asking for repairs or ability to buy another frame, I was told they do not do repairs, and for warranty I was passed 1 year. And they do not stock this brand any more, Problem is I am out of a pair of expensive glasses, now I am asked to buy a brand new one. So unprofessional, bad service all around, I would never go back again! I would give them zero stars if would be possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ would give a 0 if that was an option. They treat senior citizens poorly and falsely made a claim which lead to drivers license being suspended - Stay away!

Now I’m standing here for over half an hour to pick them up, ten days later.
Haven't even been greeted or acknowledged. Standing at counter like a fool.
I will now just get a refund. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad service, the woman I had "helping" me was very rude when answering my questions and was practically yelling at me. I had come in needing a new pair of contacts since the one I normally go to didn't open till 11 and I had to work at 11 this one was closer to my work and opened at 10 and she had acted like what I was asking was going to take her all day to get done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone and I have to call in to order contacts because they no longer keep them in stock. It’s faster just to order online anywhere else because it days days of non-stop calling to get anyone to answer the phone. Upon pickup they alway seem overwhelmed even tho there is only a customer or two in there. It’s takes forever to get anything done. The staff need to learn to answer the phone and how to multitask in a retail environment.
