★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I was very impressed with covid protocols in place and availability of staff to help me through technical issues, I still found the experience of instant printing a bit stressful. I would very much like to see updated equipment to ensure a more efficient and easy process that involves less hoops to go through. Between waiting for folders to load (which they never did) and switching between USB applications (which didnt load the photos) and app (which involved lots of settings, wifi connections on two different networks, and not loading of photos), the customer service representative had to restart the machine after we tried two computers. With a growing line and increased anxiety, I decided to leave without getting any photos..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an opportunity to have a Valentine photo shoot. Very professionally done with a welcoming accomodating service. Added a romantic sparkle to our day. Digital collages done with the personal touch of creating the font to match our color scheme. Very happy with our photo's . Thank you.
