Not much selection but the customer service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful with our questions.

They gave me a generic drug instead of prescribed. They did not even tell me that they gave me generic drug instead. I kept using it for weeks and then noticed. Doctor said it is not supposed to be used. Check your medications before you take from them. Their pharmacist does not care if you live or die.

This pharmacy is a literal joke. A 5 year old child could run a better organization. My first experience with them, I drop off a prescription. The woman tells me that it will take 45 minutes and I respond that I’ll pass the time by browsing the store. During the time I get bored and around 35 minutes later I return to the pharmacy and patiently wait for the 45 minute mark. When 45 minutes is up I return to the counter and they can’t find my prescription. After they talk amongst each other quietly she returns to tell me that the medicine must be ordered in and won’t be ready until the next day. They didn’t page me at all, and at one point I was literally standing in front of them and they didn’t tell me. She didn’t even say sorry, I kid you not. Today, I dropped off a prescription and was told it would take 45 minutes. I told her that I’d leave and return later. I could tell she didn’t listen to a word I said and just mumbled something. I returned an hour later and they don’t even remember me. The guy leaves the counter and they do their usual huddle and talk quietly. He returned to the counter and told me that they don’t carry the medicine. Then he says β€œwe paged you like 4 times”. I told them I’d be leaving. They have my cell phone on file. They are without a doubt the worst pharmacy in Ontario. I refuse to believe that they are actual pharmacists and not brain dead idiots pulled randomly off the streets and dressed up in lab coats.

Take too long to prepare the prescription while the other pharmacies take 20 minutes less

This place seems to be busy everytime I come in. Whenever I have to ask to speak with the pharmacist, it always takes a long time before somebody comes. But whenever you get to speak to one, they will answer all your questions about your health concerns/ issues. They are very professional and highly knowledgeable. Apparently, a lot of people who use this pharmacy have been with them since they were at the old location. I think that says a lot about them. I have only gotten prescription from them once, but I always come here for over the counter products which is 3x cheaper than Shopper's. Also, I know that even if you wait for forever to ask a pharmacist a question, it's worth the wait. I mean, waiting for 5 mins compared to waiting in the doctor's ofc's waiting room for hours?!

I was given a prescription for my anticoagulants of 180 pills. Without asking me they dispensed it with only 30 pills while there are no restrictions in place for filling prescriptions Beyond 30 days. The result of this because the prescription I received is very low-cost I will be paying over three times the amount of the prescription and dispensing fee by the time I have the whole thing filled. They obviously do not have their customers in mind. I will not be returning to this Pharmacy for prescriptions.

I called to inquire about my prescription, was told they never received the fax from the dr. After calling the clinic to re fax my prescription I called again to check the status. Unfortunately it was still not received, was told to call back again later... but within 5 mins I was called back and was told it was received. Thank you for the prompt return call. Very great communication!

I have gone to the pharmacy for years now and today I have to change pharmacies. They charged me for my prescription which should have been free. The excuse is: that there is now a generic version that came out today, so I have to pay for the non generic. I asked if they had the generic so I didn't have to pay, and they said it wouldn't be in until tomorrow. Well, I need the prescription today, that's why I called for it yesterday to make sure it was filled. It's not my fault or problem they don't have the generic available. I shouldn't have had to pay at all. That's their issue that they don't have it in stock. I will be contacting Walmart head office to try and make this right, but I will not be returning to this pharmacy again.
