★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was excellent. I placed a service call via email. Service man arrived quickly even though it was a Saturday and we live in a rural area. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with our heat pump. He also took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong and how it was fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend this business to everyone. From Kate, who came to our house yesterday to provide us with an estimate, to Jason and Alex, who came today to remove our hot water tank and installed the new hot water on demand system.
All I can say is Wow. You were prompt, efficient, and when you left, the place was spotless. You even went above and beyond, and fixed a mistake that a previous contractor had done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Walker were just fantastic, from the initial planning stage of repositioning our gas furnace, A/C lines, new return and supply ducts to the installation of new heating vents in the basement. They had done a beautiful job and I can see the knowledge and experience that Kate and her team incorporated into our project.
Thank-you walker team, rest assured that you will be our company of choice for any work or service that we might require in the future.

He went above and beyond to have the issue rectified in impressive time. With his tenured experience he was able to diagnose the issue on the first visit and order the parts needed to repair it . I also want to thank the office staff for taking the initiative to register our unit and initiate the warranty . This is one of the most honest businesses we’ve had the privilege to have service our home . We greatly appreciate the quick turn around , our home is back to normal and we took Jaysons advice to have a well balanced comfort area across each level of our home . Thank you

Update: Brock, Brad and Josh came back and did a great job replacing our 30 year old furnace and bringing us into the 21st century! Thank you so much to the whole team for your dedication and hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the beginning at 4:30am on a Saturday with Ed who discovered that my furnace was beyond repair, to Darcy who came and sold me my new furnace and arranged for a team of guys to install it within hours; the service at Walker was incredible. Harrison, Josh, Will and JD were friendly, courteous and very quick with their installation of my furnace and AC unit. I would highly reccommend this company to friends and family. I was very impressed with the expediency and professionalism that was displayed by this team until the very end. Harrison even took the time to give me a tutorial for my Smart thermostat that they installed. Great work Team!!

The area worked in was left spotless and we very much appreciated their service,I would not hesitate to recommend your company to all our friends and family.
Thank you for your service and a very special thank you to Tom Rand who worked diligently to help us out as we had been without a furnace for 6 days when we reached out to Tom ...within 24 hours our heat was restored!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our large Nordic ground source heat pump died after 29 wonderful years.
The team from Walker ordered and installed the latest, even better, version of the Nordic heat pump.
Kim did a great job coordinating throughout and Kate soon came by and quickly figured out what was needed and what grants were available.
After two months the unit arrived and Jason delivered and installed it along with a new pump for the loop system. He was extremely competent, careful and experienced in all aspects of the heat pump technologies. His various helpers were also all great and knew what they were doing.
We were quite impressed by the whole team!
