My husband looked at it after work, and told me to give them a call. I followed their instructions for after hours calls, left a message and my number and never heard back from them at all. Needless to say we spent a very cold night in the house. Houde Mechanical has just lost a customer forever. If you say you offer emergency calls, you should honor that or at least have the decency to call back and say you can't send someone. Not leave people in the cold. I ended up calling someone else the next day who came over within 2 hours. They weren't able to fix it that day because it needed parts but they did leave us with some heaters to help us until they could repair the furnace on Christmas Eve.
