C	Cindy Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no professionalism in the office the manager is very rude and greedy but some material it was too small so had to return it the following business day it was stalk they had left over from the previous year and charge me restocking charge it was not a new older it was old. They had in the back they did not sell she said there was a sign on the counter I looked and did not see any move some merchandise around and then finally found it this is not very good business practice I was going to bite more material she was aware of that but when she charged me be stalking charges I went somewhere else and also found that the price was cheaper at another local business I would go someplace else for your roofing & fencing jobs this is not very good customer service

Once they had taken half my roof off, they surprised me with a 7k extra charge for plywood. Not quoted in my estimate. At that point with half my roof missing I had no choice but to go ahead. I could have gotten a metal roof for less, no plywood needed. Very underhanded way to do business. Which is too bad because the guys working on my roof were nice, polite and made sure to pick up all the scraps so my toddler couldnt get into anything. Later found out they didn't even take the bad molded wood off of my house. Just put the new roof right over the old. I wouldn't recommend these guys for the way they do business. Just because you can take advantage of someone doesn't mean you should.
B	Brandon Kennedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many years and many roofers I decided to put my trust in done right roofing. I had 2 leaks and I told them I only had the money to fix one of the leaks. They sent in their people and fixed both leaks, charged me for both, and when I called to complain they were very rude to me. 1130$ later and both spots were still leaking.
V	V Pace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. They came to repair a section of the roof , now there is water leaking down, at the same spot where they the made repairs. Plus they are asking for more money to repair that area. Last time I am using them.
m	mwitua mweene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So they should be in fencing NOT roofing? Called them to enquire whether they're the ones that did my roof(just moved into this house and some roof shingles blew off with the wind).The office manager(a man) was curt with me.The lady was more courteous.

Roofers removed old shingles and installed the new shingles directly on roof sheathing without eave protection and starter strip. Do not be surprised if after their work your roof will leak more than before. Don't waste your time and money.
