I thought I might send you a message about how pleased I am with the performance of the Rheem natural gas furnace you installed for me last October. As you probably remember I wasn’t easily convinced to part with my Armstrong that had served me faithfully for many years but I can tell you now that I’m glad I did. As you know we have a pretty tough winter this year and that Rheem furnace just sits in the basement and purrs away like a kitten every day. The way this equipment performs gives a person a secure feeling. I can’t tell how many times I have congratulated myself for initiating this purchase over the course of the winter. You sell a good product and everybody at your office does excellent work. It’s been a pleasure dealing with your company.

They are answering the calls promptly and their technicians are suburb.
It is a pleasure dealing with the Viau's and would advise them to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service team went back twice to their shop because they did not have all their stuff (40 minutes minimum travel time ), and I was charged all that time they were driving around. They were in my place less than an hour and I was charged 1.5 hours service. I will not call for their services again.
