Stephane and his crew are professional, personable and able to work very well within project timelines. What I value enormously in Stephane is his clear and open communication style and the precise quoting and follow through with any scope changes. They are an absolute pleasure to work with.

They completed the work with precision and efficiency. We would recommend Ionic for your electrical work and if needed again , would not hesitate to hire them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you read the fine print on your estimate. They estimated the work to be done at $141 and the invoice was $416. Not even in the same ballpark. The estimate does not take materials and the permit they need to purchase into account. It does mention this on the estimate, but I thought this was pretty misleading. Guess I needed to read the fine print. Otherwise they were quite pleasant and responsive, which I appreciated (hence the 2 starts instead of 1). But they really should review how they calculate estimates. They should include materials and permits on the estimate in my opinion.
