I just purchased orthotics from the guys at Walk On Air. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very careful to follow Covid protocals. Their assessment of my feet was very thorough and the technique used to measure for the orthotics was state of the art. Delivery of the finished orthotics was on time and the fit was perfect. This is not a fancy shop in a high traffic location, but the service and product are excellent. Support small local business.

I have had to take my feet-wear a lot more seriously after a surgery many years ago. Previously I had gone to several clinics and received several different pairs of orthotics and did not receive anything near the kind of service and quality that I have received here. I still have both pairs that were made for me by Walk on Air and I still wear them daily. My previous pair is many years old, and it still has held up very well, still fully intact, and still causes a lot of relief for my body after any form of exercise...and the beauty is you can use them in any shoe! They are branching out into manufacturing as well, which is rare to find in the industry. They now give you the option to make your insoles in house (which I would recommend as my last pair was manufactured by them). They were able to get my insoles to me a lot faster, and control the quality of the insoles created without having to rely on an outside lab. They are now able to add new customizable touches which can really help your body in the long term. I rarely write reviews but feel strongly about bringing attention to people who are doing outstanding things in their fields, and Walk on Air is one of them. It has vastly improved my confidence in putting my body through a more rigorous exercise routine, without fearing of feeling the pain and soreness that I used to feel before coming here.

Fantastic service and support from everyone here! My father is elderly and has mobility issues. In the past few months he has needed a lot of help with his shoes and feet. The staff here have been so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend them!
