All the folks at this clinic (receptionist, nurse practitioner, and doctor) were exceptional. Very friendly, respectful, thorough, and clear. They took excellent care of me!

I agree totally with the comments in the 2 other reviews. Friendly, courteous staff greeted me, the wait time was brief and the care provided by the nurse was excellent. Trying to find a walk-in clinic that is open on a weekend and that is reasonably close to home is not easy. This one satisfied both needs.

Those this was a strange experience. First, I went to talk to a physician about mental health and potentially trying some very mild anti-depressants. I was really guarded in the first place to talk about mental health and to further have a conversation about drugs. I've been avoiding a mental health drug conversation for years since I first saw a therapist back in 2006. So I ask to see someone about mental health and immediately I'm asked if it will be about drugs. I said, maybe. They said, or just a conversation? I said, yeah, just a conversation. They don't prescribe drugs here, only a nurse practitioner. And I'm in shock. Where else can I go? just down the street. they are open? Yes, they are open. Okay, thanks, bye. That other clinic walk in was closed till after the weekend. I was later told by another healthcare professional, who contacted them about my issue, was appalled that the NP wasn't prescribing drugs (even mild anti-depressants) for mental health patients who even struggle to go ask for help.

A great place to go for walk ins. The nurse I saw today was nothing short of exceptional, she put my mind at ease and even had a good sense of humor! I'll definitely be back here when I can't get in to see my family doctor.

Front desk is not very polite. Was told I can only see the doctor for one thing. So if you have a headache and a stomach ache (for example).. you better go somewhere else cause you'll get turned away, looked at like you're crazy for having more than one ailment. Smh first time in my 34 years being told this. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!! Mb healthcare is lacking immensely. The generation of these new employees are grossly entitled and have ZERO manners.

I would not suggest going to this clinic for any potentially serious issues. I came in with bad abdominal pain (pain to the touch, unable to find a comfortable position to relieve the pain). I was seen by a nurse practitioner who was very friendly but didn't do any physical exam and suggested my pain might be anxiety (although it's painful to the touch??) or a stomach flu and I was sent away. The following day I went for a second opinion from my regular GP who did an ultra sound and found my gallbladder enlarged which needs immediate attention. The stars because no wait time and location and parking is convenient.
