★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to to Dr Letkeman I'm not blind. His timely referral to an ophthalmologist saved my vision. I wish I could say the same about my optometrist but no chance there. The doctor is very thorough, takes his time and is not afraid to order tests. I make an appointment a day or two ahead of time and avoid the wait of walk-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was pleasant and friendly, as for that receptionist I wouldn't have her around for much longer, I don't recall her name but the other woman was polite and helpful, as for the rude woman I'd prefer never to deal with her again, three times she asked me my last name and was incredibly rude about it trying to tell me that I didn't have an appointment, if I wasn't in uniform I wouldn't have been so polite with her, it's like she tries to provoke negative responses from the public, my first time in this clinic and certainly will be my last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist (April 7th - 1:30PM) .
Signs on the door regarding wearing a mask, however when I politely asked the receptionist to put her mask on, she was extremely rude and did not put it on. I am immune compromised, and found this behaviour from the receptionist in a medical office during Covid extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning to this clinic or recommending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll give 5 star for Doctor wasef he is very helpful & accommodating, he takes good care of his patients! However the last couple visits and calls (april,8 10am) i had at the clinic the receptionist is not very nice, she is very rude & i also witnessed when i had one of my visit on how unprofessional she is to an old couple who was waiting and asking her questions at the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor switched to this clinic, so I had no choice but to come here. It started with being referred to their psychiatrist in their clinic. I showed up for my appointment to be told that it was actually a phone appointment, which no one told me. Then, once I was diagnosed and told I needed medication, I was informed that my results would be sent to my doctor and I should hear from him within 2 to 3 weeks. It had been over a month with nothing, so I phoned to see what was going on. I was then told that my doctor is apparently retiring, which again no one told me about, and was told I had a new doctor. When I spoke with my “new” doctor about my medication, they had no notes on my file about my previous appointment, and I had to explain my situation over and over again to this new doctor about what I was diagnosed with and everything. When I finally got a call telling me they had my medication ready and just needed to fax it to my pharmacy, I was never even told what medication I’m being put on, the dosage, nothing. It took me going to my pharmacy to pick up my prescription to realize how messed up this whole situation truly is. I can not reccomend Sunshine Medical Lakewood location any less honestly, super frustrating and not helpful at all.
