The doctor I spoke with on the phone was really mean. he called me 15-20 mins after our appointment time and told me something pretty heavy and I asked him to wait a few mins and he got mad at me for needing some time and hung up the phone on me.

Dr. Obara has been incredibly helpful and has really made an effort to get to the bottom of my issues, even when i have felt like giving up on myself. I appreciate the fact that doctors have such a hard job and finding the cause of many symptoms can be a really hard job, but Dr. Obara always finds time to hear me out and validate my concerns. He has been a great women's health advocate and does not hesitate to refer me to a specialist when necessary.

I would never recommend this walk in. The doctors are very snobby and think if a prescription they gave you doesn’t work. Then it’s your fault. Was also told to give a urine sample and to hold on to it for the weekend. When that’s not what they originally told me.

I've been very sick and on the 25 of may I had an over the phone consultation with a doctor and was told that he would prescribe me antibiotics. I went to pick it up at my nearest pharmacy and apparently no prescription under my name. I called back and there was "nothing they could do for me" since the doctor had finished for the day and didn't even fax my prescription in. The next morning I get a call saying that they resolved the issue and that it was ready. I opted to get it delivered and this clinic claimed that it was picked up in the early afternoon and was on it's way. I never received my prescription. Awful service and I will never be going to this clinic ever again"

Though I think their system for arriving patients needs improvement, I have found the doctors to be very helpful and prompt with return calls. Their hours might be a bit all over, but I have to say I like that they are available in the evenings.

I cannot even believe for one second what my family has been through with this clinic. The only reason they were given one star is because I could not choose nothing. They deserve less than one! I called the office for an appointment for my child in Feb. They said they had nothing available. I was offered an appoinent the following week. I took it! I ended up rushing my child to emergency. She was cared for respectfully and I was told to follow do a follow up with her family doctor. I was happy that I made the appointment the week earlier as my child was still very ill.The day came for her appt. In this office you need to call before entering my daughters appointment was for 1:30, I called at 12pm to confirm that the appt was still available. I arrived in the parking lot at 1:25pm, i called and was placed in an immediate hold. I waited for them to answer, my called was picked up at 1:37 at that time I was told that my appointment was given to the family that was booked directly after me because they arrived earlier and that my daughter could not be seen at all that day.I was shocked considering what my 5 month old was going through, I requesting another appt and was told no! That I had an appointment coming up for my child in April that I should consider a walk in clinic of she needs to be seen. I asked the lady on the phone why she would give my appointment away when I called earlier to confirm and even explained what my child was going through. She was upset that I would even ask and told me for future reference I should try to be at least 20 mins earlier for appointments! She was rude, mis mannnered and was more worried about her day running late then my childs health. I requested a call back from my childs doctor, I was laughed at and mocked She said I would be hearing from them regardless and I should be aware that my childs appointment was not even booked in with her own pediatrician that it was someone else she would have been seeing. I had no idea of this prior, regardless I requested for my childs pediatrician to call me. She said dont worry we will definitely be contacting you. As a concerned mother I felt some relief from that! Can you imagine that my daughters pediatrician did not call she has since been seen by a different doctor. However today I recieved a letter telling me that I was verbally abusive to one of their staff and my daughters care was terminated with them effective immediately! Signed by my daughters new pediatrician as well as the one we were booked in with. Neither one of them called to check my childs health! This office should be shut down, restaffed and looked into. This is literally the poorest care I have ever recieved for any of my children. My oldest child is 18 years old, my twins are 11, the child in questions is now 6 months. All my other children have had the same doctors for years! My first visit to this office they had a puppy in the office and the staff was very observant of that pup. I was concerned about the puppy being there because we do not have pets in our home due to allergies. I overlooked that! This is a horrible way to treat patients. Im very thankful that I have a recording of my conversation between the front deskstaff and myself, this needs to be looked into! Children are NOT recieving the respect or care they Deserve! HORRIBLE!!!

I have been here several times however this time has been the worst. The receptionist was completely rude and didn't want to be bothered with me. Another person came in and asked her a question and she was rude to him also. The Dr. Called me for a phone call appointment and when I explained my issue he told me I was eccentric and then demanded I answer him yes or no.

My father signed up to be a new patient at this clinic. It's been a month and we have heard nothing. We went there today to talk to someone about it. It says on the door to call them before you come in. I tried calling them, but no one answered. We went it, and there was absolutely no one at the desk. We will find another clinic. This one is a joke.
