Born of necessity

In 2008, after being unable to find an honest and reliable management company that was available when we needed them, we decided to get the education, licensing, and do it ourselves.
Joatmon Properties Ltd. was created to provide honest and affordable property management services to Winnipeg and the surrounding area. Initially focusing on single family homes and duplexes, after a couple years we expanded to managing larger investment properties. We understand the benefits, and expenses that come with an investment property, because we own them ourselves.

Our experienced staff are dedicated to fulfilling all of our customer's needs at an affordable cost. Whether you are a tenant looking for the ideal place to live, or an owner looking for a flexible and transparent property management solution, Joatmon Properties Ltd. will strive to meet your expectations.

We are licensed with Manitoba Securities Commission, and are bonded. Over the years, we have built a network of several different contractors that we primarily work with, and as such do get a reduced rate for their services if and when they are required.

Property Services

Services provided by Joatmon Properties Ltd. include (but are not limited to): Collection of rent, paying of utilities (unless tenant is responsible for them), arranging for maintenance, inspections, and responding to tenant questions/concerns.

Maintenance and repairs will be completed either by our staff, of by one of the contractors that we have established a relationship  with over the years. For owners that desire some direct involvement, or, have their own preferred contractors, we are also willing to work alongside them with the tasks that they would like control of, while handling the tasks that they don't. 

Established in 2008, we are licensed with the Manitoba Securities Commission. We are located in Winnipeg MB and provide services to the city and surrounding area.
