I have no regular docter and appreciate all the help they have given me! Especially Dr Spring which I have seen the most.
l	laura lorca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I called around 1:15p to ask if they had any spot available. The receptionist said yes and to get there as fast as I could because they closed at 2p. I got there with my daughter at 1:35p, and they were closing because the doctor had left. I told them that I just had called and she said to hurry and confirmed that they closed at 2p. The reception lady could have told the doctor that someone called, so the doctor would have been aware about someone showing up soon. This was a frustrating situation and a waste of time.

If it would let me rate my time being here to be more than a 5 star I would. Sure going to miss working with all of you. Going to miss the patients too. You all keep on keeping on! If we could have them as our family doctor we will do it in a flash. I’m sure they put up with a lot of garbage from people and still remain friendly. Kudos to the Staff.

The front end staff are friendly and accommodating. I have seen both Dr Spring and Dr Lombard, and find them knowledgeable and both have great bedside manners. I only wish I could find a family physician that I like as well as these two.

She was so efficient in coordinating all the patients, phone calls, paperwork, and so on. She did it with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness. I haven't ever seen this role performed better than she did. I was equally impressed with Doctor Megan Spring. She was kind, calm, and sensitive to my situation. She asked great questions, genuinely listened, gave me the facts and her opinions, and set me up with solid next steps. Thank you!
