I have never had an issue with my dr and his recent fill ins. They have all been great, taking my families health problems seriously and getting stuff looked after promptly. The nurse has also been nothing but kind and caring. She tries her best to be on top of things. The front desk area I feel needs a little boost at times .but other than that they have all been great in my experience.

Dr. Thommasson is actually fantastic. I'm very happy with the service I receive at the pharmacy in the clinic. My only complaint is how long it takes to receive follow up calls from reception. Called on a Monday and asked them to follow up with results, they said they were busy and I would hear from them that week. A week plus later and still no call. Going to call back again today but wish the process wasn't such a pain.

Has anyone tried to fax in a prescription with Dr Sherman. Nightmare. Gives me two refills and when I have to get the pharmacy to fax her for refills, may take up to a week after the date. Have heard the word unprofessional many times many times. Very poor as a whole

Dr Crawford and her medical staff is absolutely the worst health team i have ever encountered. In the 2.5 years since I have had this Dr, I have had phone call appointments only, while I was pregnant and high risk. I have been sent to the hospital 3 times for non emergencies , because they would rather hide behind the shield then see their patients. When I have spoken to dr crawford about medical things, she referred to a poster on the wall as a solution when it had nothing to do with with the issue I was having. Her nurse is the most ignorant person I have ever met in my life! She was mad that I didn't vaccine my daughter at 12 months at the visit because she was sick that day and the dr advised against it. When I call the office about anything I recieve a call back from this "nurse" that tells me to go to the hospital everytime and talks to me like I'm a 5 year old! "Hello your not the Dr.! " I'm calling to book an appointment with the Dr. not you ! I will never go here again unless I'm bleeding to death,(even then I might be hesitant)

This was my very first visit to Dr. Sherman's office for an appointment made 3 weeks ago. I had identified the reason for my visit at that time and emailed them my most recent bloodwork and other monitoring a couple of days earlier. I did not get to see the doctor at all but rather her PA (Physician's Assistant). That could be fine except that I was not told that and in fact had never heard of PAs. She was running early she said yet she totally hustled through our appointment. We had probably 3-5 minutes of interaction. She did not know the reason for my visit and she was not aware of anything I had emailed days earlier. There was very limited patient intake or information. She wrote me a prescription for what "works for most people" without explanation. I was speaking when she left saying "have a nice day". She was friendly and polite and likely very knowledgeable but also completely rushed and not remotely making any connection with me whatsoever. Had I not arrived early and struggled with the self-checkin kiosk (no humans) I literally could have gotten in and out of the building well within the 10 minute grace period where they don't charge for parking. If I'm feeling bewildered by this first new doctor visiting experience, I cannot fathom how an older senior or many other people could deal with this. I have no positive feelings about returning to Dr. Sherman's office.

Never had a good experience here. The girl at the front desk is too busy tapping her long nails on her phone to care about her job. Always get put on hold when you call in, if the phone lines are open, and when you do get through, the girl on the other end would rather be doing anything else than talking to you So over booked you can't get in to see Dr. Sherman in a reasonable time frame, better off to go to the ER or a walk in. So when you do get in, your more likely to see a nurse rather than an actual Dr. She also refuses to do phone visits which is annoying during the pandemic and for those of us out of town. This is not how you deal with patients on day when they are already not happy to be here. If you drive, parking is also expensive.

I've had nothing but good experience with Dr. Crawford and her team, she listens to everything I say and helps me as best she can, she's so gentle and is great with my son. However, their phone reception isn't the best. You could call as soon as they open and still immediately get put on hold. I understand they have other patients calling, but it's frustrating being on hold for 10 minutes just to spend 1 minute making your appointment.

Had my first appointment here on Thursday and so far have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Crawford was on time, attentive, and helpful. They were having trouble with their computers while I was there and the nurse did her best to go through anything that didn’t require the computer while we waited. Receptionists have also been polite and I’ve had no trouble getting in contact. Very happy I switched over to this place.
