★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and Doctor's here are always wonderful and exceptionally great with kids. Wait times are not to long and they're very flexible/understanding with changes in schedule or time sensitive appointments.

They're often training student doctors as well, which I think is great.
They do aviation medical exams here.
Are they behind schedule on appointments? Most days.
Is the receptionist grumpy? Maybe.

Don't plan a busy day. Canadian medical care means waiting hours, that's normal everywhere you go. If you're determined to be on time try to get appointments first thing in the morning. They're less likely be to behind schedule if you're the first appointment of the day.
Be patient with the receptionist who is probably a lot busier than you are and gets rude comments all day from people like the other reviewers on here.
Great doctors. Great practice. 5 stars. I'm very pleased they took on my family.
