I'm not sure what is the point for going to these clinics. They just limited the amount of cannabis which I could buy. The price is almost same , they don't issue any card or license for carrying cannabis. Even when I asked what should I use? They referred me to online store to ask. As I understood , they just want to find and refer clients to specific cannabis online store and also collecting information about you by testing your urine.

This place is never open. It says its open but no one is there. The front desk women are extremely rude. What kind of walk in is closed on sporadic days? This is the worst walk in I've ever been to. I was happy at first because it was so close to my home but nope. No one should ever waste time there.

Had my follow up appointment this morning. Doctor refused to renew my current prescription then proceeded to walk out to where the other patients were sitting and in a clear voice for everyone to hear disclosed my personal information about the amount of my prescription. Highly unprofessional and worthy of a complaint to the OMA.

So my old doctor moved away so this place was close and I met a doctor everything seemed ok. Until my next visit the woman at the desk said the doctor was sick and would have to move my appointment to next week . I was ok with this. Came back the next week nobody showed up including anyone at the front desk, No phone call to let me know! Sad place to be im not even sure im a patient there anymore since you make appointments and nobody even shows up in the office at all. Is there not something that can be done about this? Horrible place guess im looking for a new doctor again.

I, together with my family, have been the customer of the clinic for several years. The owner of the clinic and the doctors/nurses of it are helpful providing very good service to us. I would like to mention Marria Jacob purposely here for her being considerate, patient and knowledgeable.

First of all, if there was a negative ranking I’d have chosen that. Very first time going to the clinic, the receptionist asks to wait when I tried to check in, and while I am waiting she attends students from outside belonging to her own community to check-in. And after 20 mts I asked her and them she says you have to check in. Even after saying our insurance company has faxed all the info the lady denies says no fax had come. I called my agency from there and all of a sudden she says β€œmaybe it's there β€œ. My call gets connected and the lady says oh it's there. Not to mention about the treatment there, finally my mother was referred to the stroke clinic. As I doubted whether the lady will fax it the same day afternoon I called the clinic. The Lady rudely replies I did and hung up. Early morning on Monday I called the stroke clinic and came to know they received it on Monday, (okay fine). But then she says it's good you called in as there was no contact information. Tuesday I get a phone call from the receptionist saying I had to take my mom with me to the clinic as I needed to sign the claim form. I asked her you made me sign once , now living so far, I have to travel with my 1 and half year old son to get there. And I asked why don't you get everything on the same day?? She says β€œyou either come and sign or pay cash β€œ. She told me to come anytime before 4.00 and she called around noon. When I went there the clinic had one patient waiting and no staff. I called waited for 25 mts nothing... I noticed a man was put on guard and when he saw me calling my company and complaining the guy rushes in and the last the lady comes out. I came to know then by my agency there was no need for the form. When I told so to the receptionist and requested the person wants to talk she refused first saying β€œyou pay cash or sign”. When the agent talked to the lady she walks away and refused to reveal her name. She hadn't faxed the medical record the company requested for and upon asking she was so rude, with 2 people standing there next to me. I wonder how anyone could continue to occupy this position after so many reviews about her behaviour. My company told me they were sorry I was called for no reason asking to sign a claim form with no amount mentioned.

I've called this location for I can see a dermatologist about my hair loss they took my phone number and everything and they told me that I'll hear back from one soon I've just noticed it's been 3 weeks and I've Googled to see how long it takes to hear from a dermatologist and Google told me it takes 24 hours yeah it's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard a thing this Clinic is extremely unprofessional and they're not here to help they're here to waste time don't come here if you're looking to get a dermatologist the wanna be doctor's name is Indian guy named doctors Zanzibar not that smart.

If there was a negative opinion that is what I would chosen. I never in my life had a bad experience as I did at this walk in clinic. The so called M.O.A needs to go back to school to learn her position. By the time I got off the phone with her I had a headache. It was like banging my head against a brick wall.
