★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought its a different cab company in town but its Viper. Their cabs smell smoke.They advertise in many different names to confuse customers. I never recommend this company from my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only have I had to call multiple times and still not have any driver show up, making late to medical appointments. The dispatcher who also drives seems to think it's okay to change his prices whenever he feels like it. In one Cab ride, with one stop, the driver set up another fare at the stop and took them to their destination. Only telling me once parked at the 7-11. Waited 15 minutes for him to return from a 5 min ride, then he started driving away with my 11 son not even completely in the vehicle yet. We went 4 blocks west and he told me it was considered a return trip and the ride cost ten. When I called him on it he got upset, and as I was handling him the 10 dollars he said no 7$ which is still 1 dollar more than any other driver for the same trip. I told him to take his ten dollars I'll just get a hold of the owners, he slap the bill from hands and then threw it at me, yelling from his Cab as my child was still trying to exit. Banned me from ever using Viper again. Terribly run company, the dispatcher/driver is one of the worst I've encountered. I've dispatched, I trucked 7 years and this guy couldn't have worse relations with customers.
