I'm not sure what the negs below are all about. Was looking for a central location closeto skytrain and high walk score. It's a new building so maybe some of the negs are deficiencies (pretty common for all new buildings and taken care of by the various contractors). The property manager, Christine, was great- professional, organized, and accommodated my move in.

Pros - Good location as near train station and seawall - Has AC - Has laundry - Modo outside the unit Cons - Units are constantly repaired as it was not built with quality - Repair notice always provided but constant no shows or delays - Heat doesn’t work, my unit is freezing - Sink has no swivel and is annoying to clean - Water does not get hot, warm at best - Water pressure is weak - Non consistent mail package system. Packages placed in random places and sometimes you need to obtain assistance to gain access to your package. - Building is not handicap friendly. No buttons to open door at parkade level or garbage room. There is weird elevator on lobby floor for handicap but no idea how it works and instructions are not clear. - there is only one bin for garbage and garbage is consistently overflowing - Electricity shuts off frequently. When I’m just running my TV and hairdryer. I wouldn’t advise you renting from this place until 2-3 years later as it was finished building in 2021 but there is constant issues. Building management is proactive in obtaining issues but repair process is long and slow. My unit is cold and it’s horrible in winter. You are paying a lot basically for a broken unit.

Christine is very rude, arrogant and overall a terrible experience with their service. She is not helpful but instead monitors her residents and blames my service animal for situations not involving him. I decided to rent here even though the price point of these rentals are $2800 for a small 1 bedroom which is much higher than the average rental price in this area. My water pressure was terrible and took 10 mins to even get moderately hot water in my shower. The rental unit is not worth the inflated prices, the heating is terrible in the unit and major drafts coming from all the windows. With luxury pricing for the unit it is not up to par, the sink does not have a faucet sprayer and all appliances are small. I would expect better services and appliances especially because so many units were still available and at the high rental price.

I had an incredible experience working with the Promont Management team - this was by far the easiest move-in I've ever had in Vancouver thanks to Christine and Rebecca. They were both helpful, accommodating and Christine was very flexible with my plans - thanks to her, my move with a new puppy was pretty much stress free! I had one very minor hiccup in my unit and it was addressed immediately and professionally. Efficient service, great location, the amenities are fantastic, and the community vibe is really welcoming - Christine even keeps treats in her office for her furry tenants, so my pup is also very happy here :) Overall, an excellent experience - enough so that I've now referred multiple tenants since I've moved in.

I had a terrible experience with their service. I phoned in multiple times and no one picked up. Finally, Kristin picked up and seemed annoyed when I asked some questions. She was not helpful. I decided to take a look anyways and she seemed disinterested in showing the unit. For the price point of these rentals ($2800 for a small 1 bedroom which is much higher than the average rental price in this area), I would expect better service especially because so many units were still available.

Moving into W2 was such an easy and seamless move all thanks to Christine and Rebeca from Promont Management team. They are two of the nicest people I have ever met. I don't think I've ever seen either of them not smile! I knew this was the right place from the moment I met Christine. She spent an hour showing me and my husband around the building and several different units. She answered all of our questions and was extremely patient. Most other places I went, they seemed annoyed that they had to show us around, but not here. Since moving in, our experience has been fantastic. I love that Christine and Rebeca's office is located in the lobby so you can speak to them in person regarding anything rather than back and forth emails. The few times when I did have to email a question, their reponses were extremely quick. The building is always spotless clean, the amenities are fantastic and most importantly, it's dog friendly!

We love W2! From the beginning, Christine the property manager, has been so friendly and helpful. She always answers questions, helps us with any issues and is so kind. All of the staff are friendly and great to interact with. The suites are nice. The building is kept in great condition and the amenities are a great asset. The area is perfect for walking or to grab transit. We're so thankful we found such a great place.

I have been welcomed since being a prospect for W2. Christine showed me the unit as many times as I asked, making move-in easy for me and my family. She was always very accommodating and willing to help. I have been renting for almost a year and even if there has been some hidden issues as in any new building, they have always been solved promptly. The current management team has been working on creating a nice community within the tenants, as per the Christmas Lunch, next Summer Lunch and coming planting season at the Roof Garden. I most add location is great to commute and very close to the seawall.
