★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leasing agent is not very welcoming and friendly. Hardly read your emails attentively. It is pity because it is a good location and I was interested. After the first impression is done, it is hard to imagine that it will get any better than this. If the leasing office does such a poor job and it is supposed to be the most friendly one. If it is a one person thing I would highly suggest to improve customer service. I don’t want anything from your company, it is just about an honest review so people know what to expect.
