★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I recently SOLD and BOUGHT with the help of Katherine and Meghan. They were able to sell our condo above listing within one week during a “buyers” market. But what’s more, is that they helped us get into our new home well BELOW asking. Both Meghan and Katherine went above and beyond what we had expected a realtor to do. They made us feel confident and educated when it came time to make decisions. Selling or buying a home can be a really stressful time, but with this tag team, you can rest easy knowing they’ll be able to take care of you from start to finish. Our new home should last us a while, but when the time comes to sell and buy again, we know who we’ll be calling to get us top dollar!

As it was my first purchase and I'm naturally very particular, it took me a while to find what I was looking for and to be sure of what I wanted. There was never any pressure to buy, just a steady supply of information, tips, and support. She simplified the process as much as possible, and worked hard to make sure that I actually understood the process as well. I would not hesitate to recommend her or Oakwyn. Happy hunting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give more stars, I would. Dylan made buying our first home effortless from start to close. She was extremely responsive with communication, kept us in the know throughout the process, and we could ask her anything. Everything you want in a realtor and more. Being a first time home buyer, there Is lots you don’t know, and Dylan was very accommodating and patient with us throughout the entire process.
And talk about above and beyond! She was available when we needed her, and very well connected. If we needed assistance or advice outside of the physical property buying (inspections, contractors, mortgage brokers) she had us covered.
If I had known that buying our first property would be such an effortless and pleasurable experience, we would have done it a LONG time ago!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brigid Wong was introduced to me by a trusted friend, she was absolutely amazing and did everything possible to find the right place for me.
I was struggling to find a condo in UBC just weeks before beginning of a new semester. After Brigid was involved she took the time to understand my needs and wants then found and arranged multiple viewing appointments at my convenience. Since this is my first time purchasing a property, She took the time to educate me on the pros and cons of each unit this really helped me to identify my final choice.
Due to the hot real-estate market in the area, putting in the initial offer was a nail biting thing for me, Brigid give me all the facts and potential scenarios that could play out before hand and that gave me great confidence in preparing for my offer.
2 weeks after Brigid was involved, not only I got my first place it was everything I wanted and more!!!
