Although I have already been working with another realtor for a couple properties I own he was more than happy to chat with me over the phone and give me some more information on the market and his advice on whether or not I should keep my place and rent it out or sell it within the next year. If I do choose to sell this place, I know that I will be working with Tim moving forward as although we have not officially worked together he has already provided a lot of value. He's friendly, an expert in his space, and an overall great person to know in the Vancouver real estate space.

Undoubtedly, the market can be overwhelming to navigate especially as a first-time home buyer. Tim’s expertise and professionalism allowed me to feel comfortable and confident in the process. It took time finding someone like Tim since he is like no other realtor or professional out there due to his genuine commitment to creating a positive experience for his clients. His authentic nature made him a pleasure to work with and he was attentive to any concerns posed by myself or family members. My senior parents are very fond of him. He also has connections and can refer you to great mortgage and insurance brokers, tradesman and contractors. This week I took possession of my property and not only do I feel like I have found a one of a kind realtor for life that I will refer to family, friends and colleagues but a person I actually like as a friend! As the seller's agent, he successfully sold our apartment in a slow market by diligently running many open houses, and responding to inquiries quickly and professionally. As the buyer's agent, he provides useful analytics, and is always knowledgeable, courteous and easy to talk to.
