Everything is a simple website interface so you can run it from any browser on any platform from anywhere you can get internet. (I've even used a cheap Kindle Fire.) And because it is a browser based platform it is less sensitive to marginal internet than other platforms I've used. All efforts are focused on the customer experience. The site is tailored around giving your customer control of everything, including ending or pausing their club membership. The user choice feature is clean and easy to understand - feedback has been positive. And you can tailor the experience down to the club level if you want to. The admin side is pretty lean. You won't find a lot of features and checkboxes that are always in the wrong state, but this also means workflows are simplified with fewer setup steps and places to make mistakes. You get what you need and that's it.

Users have complete control over their business and website and the possibilities for customization are very exciting. Rooting their system in open APIs allows easy integrations with 3rd party apps and allows users to make the platform their own.

This company is disorganized and beyond incompetent at every stage of the business process. I would steer clear of this company if you actually run a business. Employees seem very uneducated as well and have almost no understanding of wine or the needs of businesses in the wine industry. Would not do business with this company and you should probably steer clear as well. Don’t expect this company will exist much longer anyways.
