★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really bad apartment. Noise. If you live in a unit that is lower than 2 floor, you will get lots of bugs when you open the window. You even can find the mantis. When you want to move out, they will try their best to take your deposit money. Water stain need you to pay $200 clean fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The landlord is so super nice! The cleaners do a very good job and it smells great - like a minty orange or something! They have a resident fixer dude who was really helpful. Quiet. Some of the neighbours are "adult children" but, everyone is super quiet & respectful.
